One of my readers in USA has just found the book for sale online! Being so huge, shipping is likely to be expensive – I was lucky and bought it at the Borders Xmas sale for $25!
A clinical nutritionist said this to me yesterday in an email,
“I feel that all treatment should accompany solid education as part of the healing journey… I don’t believe that a lasting healing can ever take place without independence, and that only happens through awareness and education.”
